BENSIM STORE RETURN POLICY


1. RETURNS

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in its original condition

  • With all tags attached

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

To initiate a return, please contact us at bensimstore@gmail.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide further instructions on how and where to send your package.

Important: Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Returns should be sent to: Gildehof 19/102, Asse, 1730, Belgium

If your country of residence is outside Belgium, shipping times may take longer than expected.

2. DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at bensimstore@gmail.com, so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

🚫 Non-returnable items:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products, hygiene products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

📌 Note: Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.


3. EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest option is:

  1. Request a return for the unwanted item.

  2. Once your return is approved, place a new order for the item you want.


4. EUROPEAN UNION 3-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD

If your purchase is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days, without any justification.

The returned item must still meet our standard return conditions:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • With tags and original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase


5. REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved.

If approved: You will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If denied: You will receive an explanation, and the item may be sent back to you at your cost.

Bank Processing Time: Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account. If you haven't received your refund after 15 business days, contact us at info.bensimstore@gmail.com.
