  • During peak periods (Black Friday, holiday sales, etc.): up to 15 business days

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours

  • Up to 48 hours during high-volume periods

💲 Shipping Fee

  • We offer a flat-rate standard shipping fee of $5.99, applicable worldwide

  • Express shipping is not available yet, but we’re working on it!

🌍 Shipping Countries
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, France, Belgium, Switzerland, Luxembourg, the Nordic countries, Latin America, and other European countries.

  • Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging

  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund or exchange immediately

💰 Refunds

  • We only offer refunds for damaged or defective products

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and include a photo of the issue

  • Once validated, we will either send you a replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund

  • All items, including those purchased during sales or promotions, are eligible for return or exchange

  • Refunds will be issued only after the returned item has been received and verified
